From August 20 until August 24, Nadar ensemble organizes its first International Summer School for Composers and Sound Artists. Out of more than two dozen applicants, these four were selected:
• Florian Bogner (Austria)
• Louis d’Heudières (UK)
• Andrius Arutiunian (Lithuania / The Netherlands)
• Fernanda Aoki Navarro (Brazil / USA)
During this 5-day workshop, they will will work with the musicians, the sound engineer and the scenographer of the ensemble, as well as with theatre technicians from deSingel and three invited composers/sound artists (Cathy Van Eck, Stefan Prins & Daan Janssens) in developing and workshopping a new work.
The week in concluded by a try-out concert.
